Although we aim to post confirmed orders within 48 hours, all goods will be dispatched with 28 days unless we notify you otherwise. We will retain a certificate of posting, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal system.

We do not operate a secure server, so all Credit Card transactions are at your own risk. But having said that, as virtually all small business credit card fraud is due to the actions of dishonest employees and -er..., well there’s only the two of us (and of course the dogs)!
