We are very sorry, but for one of many reasons, we do not have this item, and unable to help you with your request.

Firstly this may be because you are looking for a substance which it is illegal for us to supply, or is so rare that we haven’t been able to get hold of it. In a few cases we do not stock a substance for ethical reasons.

Alternatively it may be something that is so common that it either grows wild in the UK, or is found in most supermarkets, hardware stores etc. If that is the case then there is no point in us stocking it!

Also, there are just a few items that we do not have simply because there is no demand for them, and sometimes this is because there is a far better quality gum or resin with the same properties but available under a different name
